Great stay. Very close to the attractions friendly staff.

We have stayed at this hotel consistently over the last 15 years until recently. We returned after a 3 year hiatus to find what was once a charming hotel was now a sad shadow of itself. The doors, elevator, walls were chipped up and dented but now covered with a coat of paint. We arrived on a humid day. The humidity and the dirty carpeting in the dining room caused the dining room to smell terrible.... really terrible. We saw guests asking to eat outside. Our bathroom ceiling was partially collapsing showing obvious black mold that had been painted over. The tile floor in our room was slippery with who knows what. The shower curtain showed dirty handprints. After check in we went to the car to get our bags to find the front desk staff lounging on the lobby couches. We reported the condition of our room to the front desk staff who promised that nobody else has ever complained about the conditions of the hotel. I don't believe it for a second. Don't stay on room 212. We paid $166/ night for this room.

Very well located. Room was nice and clean but outdated.

This historical hotel, Natural Bridge Hotel, was so nice! The rooms were big. Bed was comfortable and the room was nice, clean,and quiet. Hotel is only 5 to 10 minutes from the interstate and from a winery/brewery. The view from our window was beautiful of the mountains. We ate at the restaurant/bar for our dinner. The food was great. The breakfast the next morning was very nice. We will definitely stay here again.

Rooms were clean, staff and restaurants were excellent. Had to pay for breakfast but not expensive and delicious.
