No pool no clean room

I recently traveled from the West Coast to attend a conference at the Miami Beach Convention Center, and after a long, exhausting flight, I arrived at my hotel around 9 AM—far earlier than standard check-in. I was honestly bracing myself for a long wait in the lobby. Instead, I was met by two incredible front desk team members, Nathan and Hugo, who completely changed the tone of my day. From the moment I approached the desk, they treated me with genuine care and understanding. They could clearly see how tired I was, and without hesitation, they went above and beyond to try to help. Within about 15 minutes, they managed to arrange a room for me—something I know isn’t easy during busy conference times. That small act felt like a huge relief after traveling across the country. Their kindness reminded me of the famous story behind the Waldorf Astoria New York, where a young clerk once gave up his own room to help a stranded couple. That story has always symbolized true hospitality—putting people first in moments that matter. Nathan and Hugo embodied that same spirit. It’s easy for service to become routine, but what they showed was anything but. It was thoughtful, human, and genuinely memorable. Because of them, my trip started not with stress, but with gratitude. That’s the kind of experience that stays with you long after checkout. Thank you, Nathan and Hugo—you made a lasting impression.

This Place Was Nice And Very Good Location The Staff Was Friendly And Helpful

Very nice and smooth experience

Pool was not working, there was no running water for more than a few hours one afternoon, phone did not work, one of the two elevators was not working, some lights in my room did not work, pillows were oddly lumpy. They give you pass for free chair and umbrella at beach with a partnering hotel but that area of beach disgusting with seaweed so you can’t even enter water and seaweed gives beach foul odor.
