Everything about this property is amazing. My second time staying here. Beautiful building, great location, the rooms are very spacious, amenities are wonderful (rooftop pool/hot tub, the gym, breakfast in the library), and the service across the board in every department is exceptional.

We had a room that looked at a brick wall next to a public door to a patio. No view. We felt uncomfortable with the curtains open as people could walk by and look inside the room. The hotel was only at 30% occupancy. Why not give us a room with a view or at least a room where we could open the curtains.

Love staying on the residence side of the Little Nell. Best location and wonderful service. Great having all the amenities of the hotel with a bit more space. The breakfast and happy hour spread in the owners' lounge is also a nice daily treat.
