The place was great, perfect location to walk to bars and restaurants. The staff was helpful, room was clean. Not sure if I’d stay again unless they started washing the linens in unscented detergent. The sheets had a very strong scented smell!

We returned for a stay at the Hotel Telluride and once again, the facility did not disappoint. From our arrival til we left...we were welcomed by all staff and any questions we had were easily answered. The location, for us, is amazing. We enjoy walking and you go out the door, take a right, and in about 30 yards you're on Main St. looking at the views of the awesome box canyon. The town is accessible, the gondola is accessible, and it's just so easy to navigate from this location. The restaurant is also phenomenal on-site. For breakfast, the Huevos Rancheros and the Burger for dinner were simply amazing. When we are in Telluride, this is our home.

Wonderful atmosphere. Exceptionally helpful and welcoming staff. It was a calm and soothing atmosphere. The chauffeur service was helpful. The warm cookies in the lobby were spot on!

Our stay at Hotel Telluride was exceptional, but what made it truly unforgettable was the extraordinary kindness and humanity shown by the people who work there. I arrived in Telluride shortly after losing my father, during what has been one of the most difficult times in my life. When I checked in, I learned that the hotel had graciously upgraded our room. Waiting for me was a handwritten note of condolence and fresh flowers—an incredibly thoughtful gesture that I will never forget. The General Manager Andrew and Asst Manager Zach were remarkable throughout our stay. Their kindness, respect, and genuine empathy went far beyond hospitality. They understood that sometimes the smallest gestures of compassion can mean everything to someone who is grieving, and they made my family feel truly cared for. The experience throughout the rest of the hotel was equally outstanding. The food at the restaurant was excellent, and Chelsea (our server) was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. There are plenty of beautiful hotels in beautiful places - what sets Hotel Telluride apart are its people. True hospitality isn’t just about comfortable rooms or great service, it’s about making people feel cared for, especially when they need it most. Andrew, Zach, and the entire team at Hotel Telluride gave us an experience we will never forget. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, and look forward to returning under happier circumstances. Thank you for your extraordinary kindness.

This was an amazing experience , the front desk staff Zach in particular was so helpful. The hotel itself was excellent , the history . The fact that they have a shuttle so I could park my car after my road trip and have someone else do the driving. If you are thinking about it, do it. You won’t regret it

A beautiful boutique hotel nestled in Telluride. The hotel is lovely and the staff is top notch!

Our only complaint was that parking is difficult if you have a larger vehicle. There are only 2 available spaces in the outside back lot aside from the parking garage. The garage has a hard time with full size pickup trucks. Other than that, great staff, comfortable room, overall great stay.

Proximity to Town was great. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The back porch was the highlight of the room - great rocking chairs to sit in and watch, read, converse. .

Parking during the Bluegrass Festival is a problem created by the Town of Telluride for guests who are paying a lot of money to come stay in town.
