Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel is very close to restaurants and the sunrise on the beach is amazing.

The people were great; the space was large enough for my family. Looks like some renovations were done but could use some updating. Definitely worth the price. The room was clean; the beaches were so close.

Very welcoming.....place was very clean smelled good staff cleaned every day ..front desk very friendly and helpful...my room had a view of the ocean the bars and food was very well tasty...I just wanted a quick getaway from Brooklyn .N.Y I appreciate the time I was there and planning on coming back soon Thanks for everything.....even left a tip to buy lunch...Cheers to great walks bye the beach great food and hospitality...... Room was dirty, ocean view was a joke. Mattress was very uncomfortable. No cable and wifi was inconsistent. Won't return

Staff is great location is great. The place needs some maintenance overall definitely a renovation of some sort to make it worth the prices

My stay was from Sat to Sun. King /Ocean View Rm. I booked through a third party, The pictures are old, the place looks much older in person. There was a 5% Ocean view. The Shower in my rm did not work, my TV did not work, they had no internet. When I asked to move to another rm....they said there was no other rms available. So asked abt giving me at least half of my money back they because I already checked In, they cant give me my money back...check in was at 3pm, this happened at 530pm. I was pissed 😤 No TV and I couldn't take a proper shower!!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! So they offered me a $40 gift certificate, which they had written on thr back of a decal sticker to a smoke shop! I dont smoke and I have no need of ever going into a smoke shop! Do Not Book a stay at Royal INN. I paid $318 for a dump!

Room very old and dirty.

This is lower budget hotel. High marks for pristine sheets, bedding and towels. I did love the location. The beaches were not crowded and no high rises to block view. Low marks for not cleaning under the bed. Trash, dust, an old sock. Low marks for TV internet connection. Yes, i would stay here again due to price and accessibility to beach and a few good bars and eating establishments.

We were on the second floor and there was no ocean view!!! The pool was very small and very cold!!!! Not really inviting! The internet was fading in and out or not working at all!! Definitely stressed my husband out- which stressed me!!!! Even though they did have a cable guy come in-the problem was still never corrected!!!! On a more positive note-the room itself was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly! The location was also very good! Fun places, a beautiful jetty and great food within walking distance.

Hotel’s location is great. The building is pretty old, elevator and hallway need some maintenance, but room was clean
