Location was great! We flew in with nothing, but a backpack, and needed nothing. The villas are midway (about .1 miles each way) to the Village and beach access. We could walk easily, but if we didn’t want to walk, bikes were available to check out. Also, included were two beach chairs, towels, and a wagon. We were covered.
The street was quiet and peaceful. Our room felt tucked away, but still in walking distance to whatever we wanted to do on Siesta Key.
Rooms were clean as well as shared areas. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

The AC was not great.... Thankfully it wasn't super hot outside, but we just couldn't keep it cool in the unit. One time while we there (we spent a lot of time at the beach or out on the town!) there was staff in the office (younger brunette) and she was super helpful and got it working. The morning we checked out I was so hot and sweating just showering and packing up! I had trouble sleeping that night bc the room was so warm!
I wish the office personnel would have given me fresh towels like the paper said they would but they said I had to wait for housekeeping even though I wasn't having them clean our room, so I had to take used beach towels back to the beach...

It was a short walk to the beach. Chairs and wagon and toys and towels provided. The staff was friendly and helpful. The grounds was beautifully maintained with comfortable sitting areas.

Only two minor complaints
1. Hair dryer on wall not working. Staff replaced it immediately.
Ceiling fan in bedroom only functional with its light on.

The room we stayed in was a little small but so nice. It had all of the amenities from coffee maker, microwave, and fridge to beach chairs and beach cooler. It was really well decorated and spotless clean. The location was amazing. 1 block to the beach and one block to the strip. 100% we will be returning.
