Free laundry was great!

Tropical Breeze Resort is located very close to the beach and Siesta Key Village. The people who work here are kind and helpful. The property is spread out over a couple of blocks, so it was a little confusing on what pools, common areas, etc.... we were allowed to use. Our "suite" was ok. The king bed was too big for the space and there was less than 12 inches to walk around it to get to the bathroom. I hit my knee on the corner of the bed frame many times :( the pools were very nice and the resort provided beach towels.

Room 109. Tiny room, reminds me of a cruise cabin with a bigger bathroom. Good for a weekend stay, but I couldn’t spend more than that in such a small space. Place was clean and it looks like it recently underwent an upgrade. Check in was easy and staff was professional. There’s nowhere in the bathroom to put your stuff, like toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving gel etc. as it’s just a pedestal type wash sick, so no counter space. Shampoo, conditioner and body gel were provided free of charge in the shower. Also there are no night tables in the bedroom, room is only big enough for the bed to fit, so nowhere to put your phone while it’s charging or if you need to use it as an alarm etc. I know these are probably trivial things to some people, but they are important enough to me for wanting me to return, so this is not a personal criticism of the property by any means. They provide beach chairs and beach towels and ice is available inside the front office, there are no ice machines outside. I enjoyed the courtyard and the chairs and bbq they provided, so a bit of an outdoor space to just chill and be outside your room is a nice touch and it’s right outside your front door. This place is not directly on the beach, it’s about an 8 min walk, so not too bad. Location was perfect, walking distance to restaurants, ice cream shop, grocery store etc, I would say the location is a 10. Overall not a bad place, I would describe it as quaint, but not somewhere I’d stay for a week’s vacation

Everything was really good clean and organized, room 136 the door of the room have a noise but everything else was perfect. Love that place

The location to the beach- needs a few added touches and some updated furniture.

Staff was great, in between beach and village! Location, location, location!!

Flooring of Room provided to us was soiled We did not receive the Bedroom or Bed Size that we selected and paid for as it was very small and did not allowed for my wife and I to fit on the bed comfortably we are normal size individuals The bed was too low, tight to the wall with no space to walk between bed frame and sidewall of room. I also hit the bed frame with my knees bruise it due to tightness of Space for walking TERRIBLE AWFUL to sleep as bed was short to sleep in We are average size individuals ( see pics attached) Bathroom door was stuck to bedframe as room size is narrow and door wouldn’t open in its entirety. There are other issues to name but I rather complete my uncomfortable experience Please I’m requesting a FULL REFUND for the the room selected. You should reconsider how to prepare a room FIT FOR YOUR PAYING GUESTS I’m WAITING FOR A PROPER RESPONSE Also we did not receive complimentary water bottles etc

Beautiful place to stay. It feels like you are in the Caribbean tropics. Bring bug spray though, not for the hotel but outside around Siesta Key there are a lot of flying bugs.

I would advise anyone who is looking at this property to call them directly and see if they can get a better price. We paid $500 a night and when we got there we found out that other guests only paid $200. They had called directly and booked the same room at the hotel rate. When we spoke to the front desk, we were told that the manager has discretion to discount rooms when they have space. She said sometimes rooms have been as low at $100.
