People are accommodating and hotel is nice. We love the shuttle and the breakfasts.
Wonderful staff
The staff was amazing! Everyone was helpful and polite even when the property was extremely busy and travelers. Front desk, bar and cleaning staff were very professional.

Rooms very clean and comfortable. Slept like a dream. Great breakfast buffet.

We had a stressful travel day. We arrived just as the bar was closing but Alexis was kind enough to serve us anyway. Nice, clean accommodations.

Exhausted after a cancelled flight we were greeted warmly and found an amazing room with thoughtful amenities! Clean, well/maintained and cool. Breakfast was exceptionally good!

Check in was super easy after booking on-line. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Parking, while having to pay extra, it was at least gated and had security present. We felt like it was a safe place. Well-lit parking area as well.
We chose to eat at the restaurant on site. Food was good and service was good. Room was spacious and clean and comfy beds and pillow. Extra blanket was a huge plus for me. And- even being on the top floor, the airport noise was very minimal and did not affect our sleep.

Mark at the front desk was extremely helpful. Handled my requests with a smile. I also watched handle multiple guests, each time with a smile. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He’s a keeper! Room was lovely. Breakfast was delicious. REAL eggs! Not those fake scrambled ones!

My sink fell in. Like crashed on the floor. Staff changed my room and when I reached out to management about the incident. I got no response.
