People are accommodating and hotel is nice. We love the shuttle and the breakfasts.
Wonderful staff
The staff was amazing! Everyone was helpful and polite even when the property was extremely busy and travelers. Front desk, bar and cleaning staff were very professional.
Most comfortable stay
Rooms very clean and comfortable. Slept like a dream. Great breakfast buffet.
Helpful People
We had a stressful travel day. We arrived just as the bar was closing but Alexis was kind enough to serve us anyway. Nice, clean accommodations.

Customer service is poor, they put a guest out of there room because there own staff member assigned the guest to a room that was already booked instead of assigning the guest another room. Terrible!!!!

Beddings need to be improved. The bed is not as comfortable as in other hotels and carpets need to be cleaner. Nightly rates are not low to suggest the kind of room amenities. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. I have stayed at other Embassy suites and for some reason this was not what I expected.
Overall still okay stay as I was there for just a night.
