The property was nice we had issues with our keys entire stay even when we tried to leave had to walk back in and get the key replaced again but on another note complementary cocktails in the evening , and breakfast was amazing my grandkids loved it

The positives - bar staff, breakfast staff, and restaurant staff were superb.
The staff was very kind and engaging.
Housekeeping was subpar. I had dirty curtains. I told the staff and same curtains remained the entire stay. I have a white like chalk substance on my clothes.
They cleaned the tub, but didn’t clean the walls (tub surround).
Several days I had to ask for wash clothes. I checked out on a Monday - they didn’t clean my room the day before (Sunday).
The trash cans on the exterior of the property near the pool remained full - I don’t know if they ever emptied it.
