Friendly staff

I enjoyed the breakfast which included good protein choices. The staff, both at the desk and in the breakfast area were very friendly and courteous. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and clean. The A/C & heating system functioned well. The price was very reasonable for what was provided and lower in price than other nearby hotels. The location is good just 17-20 minutes from the airport. I did not like the lack of any enclosure for the shower in the room, and I was awoken several times from noise in hallway during night. Next time I will request to not be on the first floor and will NOT want a wheelchair access room with non-enclosed shower - which creates annoyingly wet bathroom floor. The bathroom sink did not hold water for me to hand-wash small clothing items. The bathroom sink drained very slowly - the drain needs to be de clogged.

Room was dirty and very much outdated. Room had a horrible musty smell, the curtains where broken so the outside street light shined through ALL night then the sun ALL day! Staff was witnessed moving breakfast food Around and stocking food with no gloves on and a cleaning cloth in hand.
