The toilet doesn’t flash, the faucet was broken the heater looks like broken down the floor was dirty, the hallway was dirty and smells they told me the hotel had a pool (lying) this is not a whynham hotel, this place is nasty I pre paid, therefore I had to stay there I much rather find a other hotel Please drop this property.

Need to work on cleanliness. Couch was disgusting and should have been thrown out. Counter tops and mirrors were not clean along with leftover burnt food on foil covering burner spill covers.

The check in was fine and fast. The room was on the inside of a row and had no parking. We had to park around the other side and walk all the way around while hauling a baby and of our stuff. The wallway/breezeway was poorly lit and uncomfortable. Once we got in we noticed that it was in need of repairs. The floor was coming up in some places. The bathroom door doesn’t fully shut or latch. There are some holes in the ceilings and walls. It also wasnt very clean. The kitchenette sink was filthy. The bathtub had hair in it. There was a dirty towel on the shower bar. It also needed to be swept everywhere. One of the beds had a stained sheet. The TV selection is very limited. There was no channel guide. There was nothing about the wifi (you don't need a password) and nothing that listed the motel address or phone number. We also only had one towel in the whole room... However, the amount of space in the room was good and the beds were fairly comfortable. A little more attention and effort in the cleaning and stocking would go a long way no matter what, but based on the condition of the room and limited amenities, they shoukd charge less. (We paid $100 with all the taxes and such for a double suite).

Extremely disappointed, old room smells like smoke, people hanging around the outside. We had our children along didn’t feel safe sleeping there also we didn’t trust the safety and cleanliness of the room, ended up paying for another room at a better place. PLEASE DON’T waste your money on this dirty filthy unsafe hotel.

Staff was friendly and accomodating, facility undergoing long overdue renovations.

We had to kill bugs in the room , the sheet were Scratchy, The beds were terrible and the toilet was very low hard from some one like me that is disabled to get up, We asked for a first floor due to being disabled and they had us on the second Acted like it was a problem to move us to the first floor , which they did but was not happy about it Machines were for soft drink where out of order They hardly had any breakfast juice was out of order I I would not stay there again , recommended to anybody.

The stay was nice but the unit was very unkept up. There was damaged walls and bathroom door didn't close all the way. We found roaches and killed at least 5 as we walked into the room.

Only a couple issues I payed through Hotels.com. Then I did the online checkin they sent and then they charged me again. They say they refunded it but still haven't received the money. Picked a room with a king bed. The site said 6 available(rented for 2 nights payed on Monday for 2 night stay Thursday and Friday). Arrived and was told that there is Maintenance on all 6. Got given a room with 2 double beds instead

Sheets felt like sandpaper. Towels and washcloths extremely used. Towels washcloths felt like corncobs rubbing against your skin. Paper thin walls and ceiling. Door was improperly fitted. Poor mattresses and springs. Toilet height was too low (made for child).

The room was fine - hand towel and wash cloth were quite thin and not absorbent, but bed was comfortable and I had a good stay.
