We were there 3 weeks. The second time I requested the linens be changed all they did was flip the sheets over and turn them around. I know this because the little taco bell sauce I spilled had just changed position in the fitted sheet. I understand this a cheaper extended stay compared to the others in Kokomo.

Cheap hotel with bad breakfast

The room was dingy and not quite clean. There appears to be people that have made this place their residence and while they avoided smoking in their own rooms they would stand in front of the intake for our air conditioner and made our room smell terrible like cigarettes

Just stay somewhere else. It's gross.

I asked to have my room cleaned and it wasn't. The toilet was always clogogn up and had to plunger it. Vending machines didn't work.

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. We reserved eight rooms for our group, and every room had strong odors of mold, smoke, and what smelled like rotting fruit. The property appeared to have many long-term residents, with people coming and going at all hours. We observed several suspicious exchanges in the parking lot involving individuals arriving in vehicles and receiving packages. The overall atmosphere made many members of our group uncomfortable. The condition of the property was poor. There were wild cats on-site, overflowing garbage cans, trash throughout the grounds, and a pool that was completely filled with gravel. Some residents appeared to be repairing vehicles in the parking lot, while another had lawn mower parts and equipment spread throughout the area. The advertised breakfast was extremely limited, consisting of little more than a waffle maker. Because hotels throughout the Indianapolis area were fully booked, we had few alternatives. Even so, several members of our group chose to relocate to hotels more than an hour away because of the conditions. Based on our experience, this property falls far below the standards we would expect from a nationally branded hotel. We would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to other travelers.

Hotel was dirty and run down. Bathroom was dirty, laminate floor had food pieces and bits of trash, couldn’t sit on the couch, was scared to sleep in the bed. Checked out 15 mins after checking in. Stayed somewhere else. Man at the front desk was very nice and understanding. Provided me a refund with no questions asked.

The Staff was nice and accommodating. The Motel was run down and dirty. There was rust stains in the tub. The stairwell was dark and steps were crumbling. The linen was clean.
