Dirty
The hotel lobby was unclean, the carpeting, especially on the stairs, leading to second floor, need to be vacuumed, it was like that when we arrived and the next morning when we checked out. Our room's bathroom had a bad urine smell.

Happy with the room. Not too bad of a place to stay. Low cost compared to others.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The hot tub was good as well as the pool, but there were too many children around to enjoy using them each day. Breakfast had limited items during the week. The weekends had more variety.

It is very rundown. The room had a strong odor of must mixed with cleaning products. It did not smell “clean”
The staff told me they’re aware of concerns and working on renovations. I know I gamble when I stay at cheap hotels but this was the worst. Bathroom towel had holes in it. Greasy smear marks on the furniture. Stains and visible splatter marks. I didn’t know they allowed pets but I heard a large dog barking a room near me.

They said breakfast would be available at 6 AM and we were taking off early to go fishing. The one person working behind the desk didn't even show up until after 6 AM to start setting up, and then complained when he had to check us out at the same time he was setting up. So we paid for one of the amenities we booked this place for and didn't get it. We'll stay somewhere else when we come in for fishing next year.

No juice for the kids at breakfast, when asked the desk attendant replied that he had no juice the machine is broke. The room smelled terrible and my granddaughter said her pillow smelled like pee.
