The hotel room was very very small but the price was extremely high. We had the room closest to the breakfast room which is extremely noisy in the morning! The lady at the front desk was pretty arrogant to me and sized me up and down. When I tapped, the POS machine doesn’t work and she even blamed me for that! Never stay again

Room was clean and staff was friendly.
HOWEVER: I would probably not put handicapped guests on the 2nd floor - if there is a fire and the elevator is closed, there is NO WAY for them to get down the stairs safely.
