This was a surprise for the price charged. Although there was no chair, the room would not have accommodated one but this room was more than adequate. It had a K cup coffee pot with K cups and vanilla creamer, there was a refrigerator with a freezer for our freezer pak (some don't have freezers), a microwave, beds and pillows comfortable. Overall this was a very nice Inn for the price.

The front desk personnel and staff are excellent. They went above and beyond to help me with absolutely everything. Thank you for such excellent stay during my time of need.

Nothing fancy, but the Renovated Motel is cute, clean and comfortable. Good value too!

Perfect for a 1-night stay after a late ferry while visiting the San Juan Islands. Dog friendly!

This was one of the most exceptional stays we’ve had! Would recommend 100%!!!

This is an unusual property. It offers no breakfast, charges for snacks, is basically a motel with outside access to rooms, and is finished inside with rough wood, yet the high cost is equal to hotels offering much more (breakfasts, finished wood interiors). The bathroom door barely cleared the toilet, squeezing you in to close it. The furniture and ceiling are plywood. Our room did have a fridge and microwave, which was much appreciated, the room was clean, and beds comfortable. But next time we will stay at a hotel with better value for the high hotel cost.

I used the Anacortes Inn as my homebase while exploring the San Juan Islands. I was impressed by how clean and convenient the hotel was. Everything is updated in the room. The bathroom wasn't as updated, but it was clean and plain and that's all I needed for my 10 day stay. The rooms seem adequately insulated, because I did not hear any side to side neighbors. Having upstairs neighbors a few nights was a little rough... but maybe they just had loud feet. I still slept comfortably and the AC was great. The minifridge was great - and the freezer part worked! The front desk staff was very helpful at checkin and even provided me piece of tape that I needed to seal an envelope and as a bonus they gave my dog treats! There were several dogs (including mine) in the hotel, but the floors are vinyl, so they are very clean. I only had my room cleaned once, and it was accidentally overlooked, but as soon as I mentioned it, it was taken care of. That is excellent customer service! If you are looking for a posh resort, maybe skip this one. But if you are looking for a comfortable, clean place to stay that is central to a lot of amazing sites - I highly recommend. Plus there is a park right next door for late evening dog walks. And there is food and coffee within walking distance. I was traveling alone with my dog and I felt very safe at the hotel and surrounding areas. I had an amazing time and hope to return soon to the Anacortes Inn.
