All of the staff members that I dealt with were very pleasant. I stayed here for my birthday. There was an issue in room and the manager on duty at that time (Ralph) along the housekeeper and her manager (Ann and Dawn) were very helpful. They all made sure that my birthday was not ruined. Thank you all..

When arrived at check in I was told that my choice room wasn’t available due to overbooking and in view of the fact that I had booked the room via Expedia the hotel had priority and a room was arranged in the 7th floor. The room had a bathtub not sutiblable therefore I requested to be changed next day with a shower. Also the patio door was wisling due to the high winds and when complained I was told it happed because the next room was keeping the patio door open. This was corrected in part. I was promised $ 38.00 re site for each day but only $ 10.0 was given. In view of that not excuses were given. Pls follow the matter and revert with your assessment and position.

Very nice hotel, room was great, only complaint was the chairs at the pool are very uncomfortable and looking a little worn, but the beach chairs are great!

Excellent stay but it was very very expensive. Ocean view was fantastic. Balcony is useless, you can barely stand on it, can not even put a chair. Front desk service was great.
For the price they charged they could have at least included free breakfast and parking. Onsite restaurants are good but very expensive. Lot of dining options near by though.
