I never stayed, I arrived to the hotel and was told that their only 2 rooms available were still dirty and that I was overbooked.

Shot in the dark…evacuating bc of Helene. Room not ready for check-in until 4:30 pm. Ironically, they were waiting for the floor to dry, which was filthy, so I’m not sure what they mopped with. They required a $100 deposit for “incidentals/damages”. This was strange. The window had a blind, no drapes, so the light from the parking lot lit up the room at night. Mold-mildew in several places on the ceiling and in the shower/tub. The room just felt dirty. Fortunately, I brought my own linen and pillows. The lobby also felt unclean. They were storing boxes of TP and other supplies in the lobby. I didn’t brave the “breakfast”. Water backed up in the tub during shower. The exterior of the hotel was a little rough. Checking in and checking out was painful; took way too much time. They literally called the housekeeper to check my room before returning my $100 cash deposit. Not sure what kind of activity they have had in the past to warrant this deposit process. all in all, super sketchy and dirty.

The floor was black with filth. It was terrible. Then the clerk said she could not do anything for me because I used a third party. They still owe me 100 credit back on card. They accused me of stealing towels before I even checked out.

Very clean room. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful!!

I needed a bottom floor room because mother can't walk upstairs very well which was not given I also am not happy that they did not refund my deposit

For the cost it was remodel clean. Fresh towels good water pressure bed was clean. Firm bed but for a quick sleep perfect

Don’t waste your money if you are used to clean, comfortable, well designed, and accommodating place. Just pay a little more - it will be worth it. Rude front counter women, smashed elbow on poorly placed shop bar in a tight shower, water floods out of the shower, tv didn’t have remote - got that….found out why no remote - tv didn’t work. I used a towel on the floor to clean up some water and it was pitch black!
