Very clean, comfy hotel in safe area.
Very clean and comfortable hotel in a safe area. The young man at the reception desk was very pleasant as was the gentleman at check out.

Great budget stay. Just as the other reviews say, the room was clean, staff was super friendly, breakfast being delivered through a secret cubby right to our room was really neat! I look forward to staying here again when passing through State College in the future.

Comfortable beds, friendly at the front desk, no problems whatsoever. Would/will come stay here again when I'm back in the area.

The lady at the first desk was very nice. The room was clean until I went to use the toilet. It was dirty. They don't have a grand selection of items for breakfast but it helped me get to my destination. The place is quite cozy. Quiet and not on a busy road. If I'm in the area again I will always go there.

It's a dated motel but it was very clean and comfortable to sleep. It's about ten minutes drive to the campus which I really like since we have a dog and loved the pet area they have with grass and poop bags. Breakfast is very plain with bagels, muffins, coffee, juice bottles but it's hot the spot for us each day. They also have a beer, essentials you might need like sodas, and snacks if you need anything.

Breakfast was ordered and delivered to the room which was a first for me. Air conditioner kept the room very cold.
