The staff was friendly. It is a very outdated property but they are building a new location next door. The location was good for the plans we had.

We have stayed at this property a few years ago so we knew that this was an older hotel but it has definitely went down hill. They are building a brand new hotel right next door so I think they are doing the bare minimum maintenance and upkeep to the original hotel. Housekeeping consisted of taking your used towels and giving you new towels and that was it. Trash was never taken out. I will say the king size bed was very comfortable. There are no coffee pots in the rooms so if you are an early riser just know that coffee in the office does not open till 7am. I will give the Waterfront Social restaurant a 10/10. Great food and service. The workers in the marina shop were also very nice and helpful. Overall we love this area but will probably not book this hotel again until they get the new one built. Not worth the price tag at this point.

If you still want to grab a piece of that old Florida feel before it's gone...check this girchy hotel out. It's scheduled to be torn down sometime in the future and replaced with one of our fine Florida concrete mausoleum style hotels. There might be some paint peeling, some things might be outdated and it's definitely not the Hilton. But it's old Florida at its finest...on the bay with a nice little bar and restaurant where you won't overpay for the food and drinks. Grab a memory and take it home with you while you can.

Nice two level unit right by the water. Comfortable, clean, spacious, and a convenient location. Our only issue was the patio slide door wouldn't lock and we couldn't get the TV to change channels. Other than that - it was quiet and a great stay.

The backyard view was beautiful! Unfortunately the room was musty smelling and I had asthma. Just was an old cinder block building. The lights needs to be improved. Just an old place but staff was friendly and helpful. The grab and go was quite unhealthy. There were no creamers for coffee and tea - just gross Coffee Mate flavors

This property (although run down) was so much fun. Your room overlooks the water and we saw a momma and baby manatee right by the retaining wall. The restaurant was incredible with more amazing views. Food and drinks were top notch. We loved having everything we needed in one spot. There is construction next door, and it looks like they are about half way finished, but we enjoyed the charm of a simple two story hotel. The shower head was very low and the pillows were a bit flat, but the benefits outweighed the negatives. It was inexpensive and checked the box for us.

Great location

it’s an old motel but clean , good view from our room and the back porch area was nice to sit on after the sun was at sunset .. The noseums were bad at sunset but if you spray down with bug spray , not as bad .. the restaurant on property was very good. It was all good for a two night stay .. the breakfast wasn’t much but provided coffee..
