The room is always clean and the server in breakfast area is kind and friendly.
Very quick check in
Check in was fast.
Great Visit
Hotel was extremely nice. Close to Salem, Marblehead, Essex, Gloucester. I had a great time. Check in was very easy. Tradewinds for meals also very good. Shout out to Mirsada in the dining room and Kristen at the bar. Would definitely stay here again.
Great venue, large very accommodating.
This venue surprised me. It was very large; the staff was great. Property was great, breakfast every morning was on point. If you have to be out of town this is how it's done. Thanks.
We recommend Doubletree in Danvers.
Check in was seamless. Staff friendly and helpful in all areas: front desk, dining, gym and pool and restarant servers. Tradewinds offers a nice menu. Food delicious. Pool area very nice. Enjoyed the connecting whirlpool and sauna. Rooms were clean and spacious with a great view.
Love this place.
This is our second year staying here while visiting Salem, close to everything within minutes but quaintly private.
Workers were not friendly.
No one was very pleasant.

We thought it was strange that there was no complimentary coffee aside from the janky coffee machine in the room that spit water everywhere and could barely make an actual full cup. There was the option to buy it downstairs at the Starbucks or in the restaurant although that seemed like a bit of rip-off. Aesthetically, however, the place was pretty impressive.

It’s a nice hotel, stayed here to get off the highway for the night. I find there to be to many rules and extra fees for things here though. The pool says it’s supposed to be just for hotel guests but they actually allow people from the gym to use it as well. Also you can not have any pool toys in the pool at all floaties, noodles, sinkers tubes nothing. You have to pay extra for everything there’s no breakfast no coffee out in the lobby no water. There is an ice machine so that’s one good thing about it for a night it’s not bad. We got the king room with the kids beds which was my favourite part so the kids can have there own beds. One thing they should address though instead of hiding is the bed frame being out to far for the bed I ended up smashing my leg on the bar underneath because they hid it with a bed skirt left a pretty bad bruise too.
