Incredibly Smokey. TV was broken. Phone was broken so I couldn’t ask about the TV. Smelled like urine outside the door. I would give it a zero if I could.

Only good thing about this place is the convenient location, other than that wouldn’t recommend.

Everything about this place was poor, we left immediately because they refused to clean our room. Thennto too it off the front desk clerk said even if it was clean our health was at risk!! Shut this place down

We nice staff. The room was okay for a small budget. Small pillows and did not have a remote for the TV. Had to move room and srill no TV remote.And the staff could not connect one.

Still waiting for refund. Booked with them and when I got there I was told that the rooms were all sold out

I reserved a one bedroom king and when I got there, they said they had none available and told me I would have to get a two bed queen and said that reservations were first come first serve. that is literally the opposite of what a reservation is. When I entered the room, it was a bug on the floor, the sheets were dirty, there were holes in the walls, and the safety bar on the door was broken. I went back. To the front desk and told them that the room was not clean, and I wouldn’t be safe staying there on top of the fact that I didn’t even get the room that I reserved, they told me I had to call Expedia and are still trying to charge me for the room.

ROACHES & RAGGEDY THE day front desk worker was at least apologetic about the dead caterpillars. He gave us a broom to clean them up. We understood about them. It had rained and the proximity to the water, it’s something that happens. We went to dinner, came back to ROACHES. I lifted the toilet seat and there were two roaches running across the toilet, then one on the TV. We requested another room, after contacting the corporate customer service and waiting outside for the front desk person to appear. The second room was WORSE. Another guest was attempting to help us move to the other room. Opened the door to ROACHES on the wall and on the floor. Front desk said that the ROACHES wouldn’t bother us 😡 And we had to wait to speak with the manager in the morning. We left and slept at a rest stop, unable to get any rooms after midnight. Still tryibg to get a manger on the phone.

Staff was helpful during check-in and check-out, the hallway inside Building B smelled like cigarette smoke but the room itself was clean and didn't smell. Stay was pleasant enough and ticked my boxes for a clean place to sleep with a clean shower

Staff was nice. Property is old and tore up. First room tv didn't work pulled back sheets and there was huge stain. Staff switched room tv didn't work, sheets where slightly better. Solution: I always carry Lysol, I sprayed bed down, went to Walmart and got bed in bag, watched movie on phone and went to sleep. It was cheap and somewhere to sleep for night. I checked in at 1130 at night and was gone by 9am .
