Never again will I stay here. I booked a king and was given a queen room that smelled. No soap in sight, only a small package of shampoo left near the sink. There was an old tire sitting under a table just outside the room. I felt like I was in a Breaking Bad motel.

Well the room had some serious wear and tare too it. Carpet stapled to the floor to cover up something. Dresser really old and warned. There were two rat and insect glue strips, one behind the toilet and one by the refrigerator. The floor towel for the shower floor was stained. The towels to bath with really tattered. They should invest in towels and wash clothes. I went and bought my own. I did kill a roach. There was a very visible space at the bottom of the door and I had to use one towel to block air from coming in. Lastly, my adult kids wanted to visit with me for a few hours. I get to the door of ths room after having breakfast. The phone was already ringing when I was coming in. With the attendant stating " you can't do that". I told her my kids were visiting me. That right there changed my whole demeanor about this place. I will not return to this location. Oh yeah the ac/heater was loud and the curtains would not fully close.

Staff was friendly. Room was tolerable but carpet was old and dirty. Plumbing was loud and so was road traffic. So basically it was exactly what I expected with friendlier staff.

Old and musty. You could tell it used to be smoked in or was catching smoke from smokers. Even though it was non smoking, a chair and ash bucket were right outside the door. Fridge is a wine bottle cooler, had to physically pick up and move the microwave to plug it in. Bath mat was a dingy hand towel. All the towels were dingy white and thread bare or simply had holes. It wasn't even worth the discounted price I paid ket alone full price.

I booked this room last minute and arrived late at night. Check in was easy. Got inside of the room and it smelt like smoke and there were cigarette burns on the blankets and stains. I returned to the front desk and informed the man that I could not stay in the room. He assured me that a refund would not be an issue and to contact Expedia. I was refunded without any issues. Even though the room was not to my standards I appreciate the gentleman being polite and able to assist.

The place was filthy. The toilet was broken. There were holes in the wall. Outlet plates were broken. There was a big rip in the carpet. The sheets did not match and the fitted.Sheep had a freaking cigarette burning in it. The pillowcases did not match. There was a hole between walls or rooms that had paper towels or the equivalent paper stuffed in the hole and sticking out the wall. I will include pictures if it's allowed.

First room was decent but the toilet was messed up. The front desk gal was nice and gave us a different room. The other room was much worse made our allergies even worse. Only stayed for two hours then left to sleep in our car at the casino until our next hotel destination. The casino parking lot was better then this place.

I reserved a room a week before but arrived to find that there was no room available, reservation not honored. They told me that the people who lived there had first right to extend their stay. Scary because we arrived at 7 pm and we had no where to stay.
