This property is tired and in need of an infusion. It felt like a place on its last legs. It appears the rooms in the 60-block havent been renovated since the place was built - probably in the 70s. No bottled water in the rooms, the worst instant coffee imaginable, no onsite breakfast, pool is 'operational' in the winter in the mountains - but not heated. I've yet to meet a person that will swim in 40-degree water. This felt disingenuous. Why report you have a pool when you know it can't be used? The heater in the room was dusty and really old - and made noise, but yes, it did work. The sliding door was so sticky you had to be a weight lifter to get it to open. I found hair in the ice bucket and under a pillow on the newly made up bed. I really dont like to give bad reviews but I had no reason to pull punches here. We would not book again.

The rooms were so dirty we had to move rooms. Live bugs on the floor & dirt in every corner. Spiders and spider webs not to mention a frog in our second room my husband had to remove himself. Both rooms reeked of nothing but dirt nothing was clean everything was stained. The tv didn’t work in the first room. When I contacted the front office they didn’t even offer an apology just to switch rooms.

Overnight stay, room clean and bed comfortable, air con unit very noisy and disturbs sleep - byo ear plugs recommended.

A basic room with no amenities but location is great and so is the staff! Close to a lot of dining options. My husband and I enjoyed our stay here !
