The room was very clean and comfortable, no nasty odors or fragrances.
The staff were very friendly, progressional and care about their guests. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I come into town for work and always schedule the same night. Your algorithm schedules me the next day. It’s happened more than once and it’s super irritating to be charged with no refund and not being able to sleep in the room I’m booked. At the end of the day I can understand it is the users fault on the app, but if I don’t stay there, I definitely should be reimbursed. And when you ask the third-party front desk, they never have any answers and I understand that part two. Just looking for some help.
