The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and spacious for the Marquette area. It was very reasonably priced as well. We did have a some issues with controlling the heat, but the staff was very helpful in addressing it. They also offered extra blankets. We were very satisfied and would return and our next visit to the area.

They did not have a hot breakfast. They kept the coffee fresh. The hallway was cool but they did have heaters in the hallway. And u could here people walking by.

We stayed in 215 - the water coming out of the shower was blisteringly hot and rendered the shower unusable. I told the front desk but they seemed unwilling to do anhthing about it. 2 days later (i had 2 separate reservations, so i was in a different room this time) i walked by the front desk and overheard another guest, in room 215, complaining about the same thing, even though i told them to not put anyone else in that room. The employee was just brushing her off and offered no solution. The hotel is fine but if you get 215, demand a different room.

Pool area was closed and wasn't told about, only reason i booked , but wasnt the end of the world.
