It's always a great stay.
I've been staying at this Microtel Inn location for close to 20 consecutive years and the reason that I do is the staff are terrific. Claudia is the absolute best.

I booked my room online and you took all my info and card#. I did a pre check in to speed up the process and you took all my info and card # again. When I arived the woman behind the counter did not seem to know what she was doing and I needed to give all my info and card # again so it did not speed up the process at all. Plus I recieved no less than 15 emails for a one night stay. Very anoying!! With out some sort of compensation I won't be staying with you again,and we travel a lot.
