We came here for a family wedding at Lake Las Vegas. What a wonderful property to stay at! The hotel is beautiful, clean and full of fun activities for the whole family. We really enjoyed our time here and will 100% come again.

The folks were wonderful, very friendly and able to engage. The food is first class in both restaurants. The wait staff inside and pool side were fun and helpful. We plan to return when able. Really enjoyed our visit.

When we arrived in our room, the smell of old rug welcomed us. Room is warm, I thought maybe because we just got in so i didnt mind, and this was at 4pm check in. Room is okay, decent, clean. So i turned the ac to 70 coz its still not cooling down and we went to the pool. Came back at 7pm and room still warm, went down to front desk and told them about the issue and they said theyll send engineering to check it while were gone to eat. i said okay, and when we came back at 10pm room is still warm and it is on 65. Went to front desk to complain that theres even a spoiled food inside the mini fridge plus the room not cooling down and theyre glad to switch us to a different room and gave us hotel credit. New room is a little better, ac is at 62 but its just a tad cooler than the previous room that weve been to. Just disappointed with a 250$ room. I hope they fix their rooms and update it. Its very disappointing considering there are many people who comes here.

Lovely quiet location.

Registration receptionist was rude, the only pool open was filthy and had not been vacuumed for some time and the entire patio and pool smelled of sewer the entire time we were there!!
