Bathroom was extremely dusty, especially the counter and back splash. Rust all over Kleenex holder. Coutain torn by door. Door extremely hard to open and shut. Lock inop.

The room had mold behind the toilet and above the door. The location was beautiful. The hotel sat on the lake. The staff was very nice and friendly. If the mold wasn’t there they would have a higher rating.

Staff is always great when we stay here. Confused w/new restaurant hours as the sign says open 7 days but Monday night it was closed and the bartender downstairs said they are closed Sun-Mon(made no sense). Also the floor in our room was dirty and the remote for tv didn’t work well. The beds were great!

Room was not swept. The floor had press on finger nails all through the room had to go get a broom and dustpan no apologies or anything only place I used my card was the room and now my card was hacked. Because the lady behind the counter took my card and scanned it not at the card reader infront of me. Crack heads all around the walk way they fixed the lobby up and updated pictures but it’s not worth the money to stay there avoid at all cost
