Best view of the lake! Our room was very clean. The breakfast buffet was the best one EVER! We will be coming back one day!

From check in to check out, Lisa Boozer and the hotel staff were friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. The accommodation for updated and the entire facility was very clean.. I found it to be a terrific value for the room rate.. I have booked there before and I will certainly do so again!

We stayed here for a weekend while attending my niece's wedding nearby. The best thing about the property, according to my husband, is that it is directly on the water and you can fish from the docks out back. There is also a boat launch and places to park a boat. So if you're into fishing, five stars.The property is old and very dumpy looking

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was a bit run down and the room was very dirty. Floors were covered in weird stains and spills that were never cleaned up. Shower was too moldy to feel comfortable using.

My wife and I discovered this property in 2023 while traveling to watch our oldest grandson play baseball nearby. We've been visiting several times per year since because we love that it's right on Lake Guntersville and offers beautiful views. It's an older property that has had some updates completed. It offers a pool, fitness center, and has a restaurant and bar on site. Normally, I have given really good reviews of this property thus returning several times per year. This most recent visit was different. Check-in was easy and the lady at the desk was pleasant even offering some information about the new restaurant as well as other features offered. We got settled and then did our usual post check-in activities like get our snacks/provisions for our stay. The mini fridge in the room was the smallest variety and smaller than I remember but maybe I'm confused. We had very noisy neighboring rooms that kept us up to the wee hours of the morning (3-4am). When reported to the front desk, they offered to move us but we weren't the problem and had no desire to pack up everything that we unpacked days prior to move rooms. The better option would have been to address the noise to ensure all guests have a nice, peaceful experience in which they get to enjoy the great lake view. We've stayed in many hotels and have liked this until this visit. We'll consider other options on our next visit to the Guntersville area.

Comfortable bed, clean room, nice in room amenities with lots of electrical outlets. Good size bathroom and easy access to the elevator and parking lot. Staff was friendly and the view was nice from the exterior walkway. We were on first floor. However, check in took forever at a late evening and breakfast was not top notch as advertised, and we were under the impression that the room a private deck. That wasn’t the case. They have seating on the walkway right outside the rooms. We didn’t think the extra money we paid to get the lake view was worth it really. But, it seems to be a popular property
