This was my first visit to California and this resort was perfect. It’s beautiful and relaxing surrounded by great businesses. The staff was the kindest people I have ever met on vacation. I will be back!

Lovely property. Pools were wonderful, warm and plenty of room. two hot tubs, one warm, one hot. Service is always excellent. Nice clean environment.
Overall, would recommend.

We did experience an uncomfortable situation in the pool earlier when a few children and a grown up told my husband and daughter that if they didn't speak English they should get out the pool. They decided to go to another pool but other than that our stay has been amazing

Everyone - everyone - of the staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, great balcony.
One complaint is the Muzak throughout the entire property. At breakfast, in the lobby, at the pool. So loud that I couldn't have a conversation at breakfast. Pool area music came blasting on at 6am for 15 minutes, then someone noticed. Then was on until 10pm. They did turn it down when I asked one night. But, I just don't get it, ruined the vibe of an otherwise very classy place.
