I booked the hotel optimistic for a pleasant stay; I grew up in the area and knew this was a more recent build comparatively to other options. Sadly, the room needed a deep clean vacuuming and the shower didn’t drain well. There was plenty of weed wafting through the lower halls despite the no smoking signs, so that must be a tolerated situation by the staff.
The pool was closed for maintenance, so my kiddos didn’t get to swim which was a let down for them.
I’ll check this out again for our potential next visit to see family, but I hope they raise the bar for the customer experience.

The staff was very nice and helpful rooms were okay and decently kept. The hallway reeked of marijuana and our neighbors were noisy on the holiday weekend but it was expected for the most part. Our mini fridge had a broken seal so it leaked water all over and make a funny noise at times, and our shower had some left over hair in it but the staff was very prompt to answer any issues we had!

Shower was dirty. Bathroom floor dirty. Trash can liner in bathroom not changed, still had a tobacco pouch in it. Another tobacco pouch behind nightstand. Room smelled funny. Hotel also assigned two room numbers to our reservation, and we had people trying to enter our room. Hallway on second floor was freezing, heat not on. Window in our room was left open therefore it was freezing.

The staff was WONDERFUL!
However, the reason we booked was because it was an 8/10 on hotels.com but it most definitely was NOT. If I'm being fair, is a 6/10. The carpet was stained, the office chair was literally peeling apart, the side chair was old and rough, the bathroom needed updates(cracks, etc) and there was a blood stain on the comforter...ewew!!! It won't let me add photos here, but yuck!

Immediately upon arrival, I went into the bathroom. I noticed many bugs crawling on the floor, some were even dead. The beds were hard as rocks, the pillows were tiny. No coffee pot in the room.
The floor appeared to be dirty.
The staff acted confused most of the time.
I am very disappointed. I will not be staying there again, especially with it being a Wyndham property. My money pays for better than that.
