The first room we got was filthy dirty. It had about 6 inches of dust on the furniture and the bathroom toilet had pubic hairs and dried urine all over it. It also had an unpleasnt odor. We asked for another room and it was much better. Even that room has a lot of dust and there was toenails on the floor.
I will say that the staff was very helpful in getting us in to the second room.
Overall the hotel is not very well maintained. This is the second time we have stayed there. It isn't horrible but I am not sure we would stay there again.

I give this hotel a 6/10. Definitely not the worst I’ve stayed at. Decently clean but not the cleanest ever. Reflects the price you pay for sure! The water took FOREVER to get hot in the shower and the hair dryer didn’t work. Also, a plug didn’t work. Staff were super helpful and friendly though!

The room was clean and absolutely loved the fact that we had a balcony to use and enjoy during the evening, I also enjoyed using the pool and hot tub it was a highlight of my weekend after a long wedding it was very enjoyable

Comfortable, clean and safe. Bed was soft and room was quiet. Same gentleman who checked us in also checked us out the next morning. Friendly and professional.

No hot water when we checked in the evening and no hot water to shower that night or in the morning!! The staff did not seem concerned, almost like they had heard the complaint many times before, but just refused to do anything about it. Breakfast was awful. There was a large plastic bag of pre-cooked eggs laying out by the microwave. The television would not connect so they had to come in and completely reset the connection. The telephone in the room did not work at all so you had to walk down to the front desk to report the problems.
