Rooms were clean, we got the "limited" view but the balcony was just slightly smaller doesn't matter when you're on the 11th floor we could still see the ocean and the view was great, it just puts you over the parts of the hotel roof and some businesses but you can see everything. Snacks in the lobby were kinda expensive, and breakfast buffet could use a better staff, our servers were kinda inattentive yet preoccupied with phones, while other patrons were frustrated too and we waited awhile not bringing us the bill.
The food was decent for $20.00 a person. Tiki bar during the day and inside bar at night is a vibe! Great atmosphere

The staff was great! The team at the tiki bar was amazing. The resort is in a perfect area and the room was nice. So glad that there was a fridge in the room.
We stayed there for a few days and our room was never cleaned. We even made sure we left early in the morning and come back at night to make sure we didn’t do anything to prevent housekeeping from cleaning and it still wasn’t cleaned. The staff was great to get cleaned what they could and addressed any concerns immediately.
The pool was a bit dirty too but nothing the filter can fix.
