We love this Hyatt and have been many times. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are immaculate, the views are nice. The breakfast is the best I’ve had, with so many options and a staff that keeps it clean. And the pool was so warm! We swam outdoors, and it was March. It is in a quiet location, and everything was very clean. I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

Is a nice property at a good price, but it took me until morning to figure out why a higher floor was more expensive (In a 4 floor bldg). I could hear every step from the early risers in the room above me. All other things were good. It is a nice place in a convenient location.

Got the wrong room but they were sold out so we were stuck with what we got. Very odd and strange staff. Beds are super uncomfortable, AC in our room didn’t work. Very bad experience for us, we will never be back.
