Rooms were excellent, nice clean and newly remodeled. First issue was check in, when we arrived there was no staff at the hotel, so we were in the lobby with other guests waiting to call an individual in the Philippines who would give us the code to our room. There was only one customer service rep, so we all needed to wait our turn to call next. Why can’t codes just be emailed to guests before they arrive? The door lock is digital, which is fine except every day our door lock would fail to respond no matter trying everything for 10 minutes, which means we were locked out of our room. Luckily we were always locked out in the mornings when cleaning staff and someone in the lobby was on site, but if it failed after 7pm, we probably would have had to sleep in the car. Also parking spots were very tight even for our compact car. People angled their cars to be able to open the driver door to fit in/out of the car.

This was a very nice room, super comfortable linens, upgraded bathroom. Nicely laid out, the keyless entry was super convenient for going out and not having to worry about extra things. Super close to great restaurants and Zion entrance made it a great find. Would definitely stay agakn

Don’t trust the previous reviews! It’s an excellent place to stay, everything from location, cleanliness, price, security and even aesthetics! Excellent location and practical. It seems it has been recently renovated, we arrived late and the self check in was seamless. The lobby has water, a microwave and spare towels and toilet paper if in need, it’s open 24/7. After hours of hiking my fiance and I relaxed in the tub and it was amazing!

The bed was really comfortable! We had a difficult time with the heat/cooling, it kept turning off. The location was great for us. Plenty of parking and walking distance to many restaurants. We would stay here again.

Property was recently tastefully renovated, and was very clean. It was great to be able to relax by the pool. It would be nicer if they had a small table with 2 chairs. Great location in the center of town with easy access to the park.

The room was great, the location was perfect because it was close to the bus stop that takes you to the entrance to Zion. The location was walking distance to shops and restaurants so no need to drive anywhere.

Attentive staff but only via text, no human contact

This is a very good place to stay while visiting Zion NP for a few days. It is situated in the center of Springdale close to all the shops and eateries and a walking distance from the park, so if you miss the free shuttle, you can still walk from the park. Very convenient. This old motel is renovated, the room was clean, the bed very comfortable. There was a refrigerator and a large TV. We could use a microwave in the lobby and fill our bottles with cold drinking water. The lobby is beautifully decorated with plenty of comfortable lounge seating, plus tables and chairs. The staff was friendly, helpful and guest oriented. We had a good stay.

Very strange situation. There was no staff on site so when we got there we called a phone number and the person who answered the phone texted me a code to get into the room. We have never encountered that before and didn't care for it. No ice machine, no coffee in the room, no wash cloths. Would never stay there again and wouldn’t recommend it.

Had everything we needed except a glass or cup. Great location and spacious, clean room.
