Looked quite run down from the outside, the room was clean but bathroom sockets not working so no where to use hair dryer, fridge cupboard door broken and remote control for tv broken. On the plus side towels were changed every day and staff friendly

When we got there, the staff was very helpful. The room that was assigned to us had a really bad smell Unbearable, so I asked if there was another room we could get instead. She was very helpful in doing that. The next room was so much better. Never had that problem before!
Clean bathroom, good A/C and well appointed rooms.
They always have a good breakfast!! Waffles, eggs, sausage and hash browns, etc Coffee is outstanding!
Love the fresh cookies they have at the front desk, as well as coffee nearby.
I've been staying here 2-4 times a year for at least 5 years. They must be doing something right, as it's my favorite place to stay between Houston and Augusta, and back!

This place is the best hotel I have ever been at. I got into ER and recuperated at the hotel. Nice breakfast that lasts till 9:30AM and extremely kind staff. God bless!
