I like the way that I got treated.

My experience was awful! When I got there the man at the front counter was so belligerent and disrespectful I was absolutely astonished by his behavior! I tried to show him my confirmation number and my reservation number and he grabbed my phone out of my hand and slammed it down on the counter and was screaming at me telling me that there was nothing under my name when I was trying to respectfully show him that I had already paid for my room. He pointed his finger in my face was screaming at me telling me to get out of his hotel to not come back I tried to get a refund and I never got my money back I will never ever stay at a Wyndham Hotel again especially one that is ran by someone from India and I have never been one that has been racist or discriminatory of any race or religion in my life! I cannot believe that they are hiring such people that are so disrespectful to work for them. He called me all kinds of nasty names was cussing at me his wife I'm assuming came out told us to leave I told them I had never been so disrespected by a hotel staff in my life I even tried to show her calmly my reservation number and everything told her that he had grabbed my phone out of my hand and slammed it down on the counter and she still sided with him I told her to run back the video camera tapes and she refused she told me to leave and to get off of the property.

Everything was fine

Room and bathroom were very clean. Really appreciated the extra pillow. I have mobility issues and was glad a ground floor room was available. This is the third time I have stayed here. Never disappointed. Only one issue, and I failed to mention it at the desk. The support bar in the shower was unattached to the tub (room #107). I did not have my glasses on and stumbled when I tried to use the bar for support. I was able to work around it. However, when I stay over night in West Plains again, I will stay here.

When you first walk into the hotel it smells and tastes lime stale cigarette smoke. My non smoking room smelt the same in the room as it did out in hallway and when you walk into the lobby. Secondly the bedspread had either cigarette burns or tears on the top and not sure if they were clean.could not tell everything smelt like stale cigarettes. Breakfast consisted of two chocalte muffins for 6 people, 2 kids of cereal with wwrm milk, biscuits soggy from heating up in microwave, but the gravy frplm can was good, jjusr old

Clean rooms it's all good but just don't have visitors was asked to not rent here no more from them because I had a visitor
