We booked thru PetsWelcome.com and paid all up front. When we arrived, I asked if all fees for our pup showed paid. Turns out that when I was out taking our pup for a potty walk, we were called and told that we were put into a non-pet room and that we did not say we had a pet with us. When the motel downloaded their information about our reservation, the information on our pup was omitted. The motel questioned our integrity, but thankfully I kept all reservation info on my phone to show how we made the reservation. The two platforms did not connect...not our fault.
