Our stay at Williston Sonesta was very comfortable with friendly staff. Easy checkin and checkout.

Unfortunately very poor value for high price. Conditions are very poor, run down, hot tub not filled properly, cracked tiles around pool, many stains in the room . Not enough pillows for pull out couch when we asked front desk and they advised only one staff. Staff worked hard and were helpful but appears they are understaffed. Overall seems like property has not been maintained well at all…

This is a worn property with a great staff. The location is central to all touristy stuff. The pool is meh, breakfast spotty and runs out without replenishment, and the exercise room is not big enough for one person work out in. You must buy synthetic logs to use in the fireplace. Our room had lots of spiders, rust and old food under the sofa. This is an older, utilitarian space that needs deep cleaning and updates. The staff was friendly and helpful but there isn’t much they can do to help this property.

For the room rate paid which was quite expensive, terrible place to stay; room was dirty, dead bugs, holes in carpet, heating wasn’t working, would not return nor recommend this hotel.

Step missing on stair. No elevators. No extra blankets.

I was so looking forward to this stay, but I was severely underwhelmed. The facilities are quite old and not well maintained. Our room had ink stain everywhere: carpet, bed headboard, sofa, kitchen table… Kitchen appliances work well but it doesn’t have even the minimum supplies (no sponge to wash dishes, no kitchen towel, no saucepan). It has a huge dishwasher, for two people, doesn’t make a lot of sense to run it frequently almost empty, but, with no other alternative to wash the dishes… The laundry has two washing machines, and the property is quite large. I spent a whole afternoon trying to wash my clothes and never found an empty one. Additionally, they state that they sell laundry soap in their store, not true -bring some. The heat/AC unit wasn’t working properly and it took them forever to fix it, while we where freezing in our room. Overall, it looks nice, and I so wanted to like it, but definitely won’t be back

Not worth for the value. Cleanliness was zero. Carpet was not cleaned. Probably the early vomit or dog poo was not cleaned properly. The room needs overall renovation.

Staff was nice, rooms was beat up and dirty with red stains on the carpets. Property is in need of a refresh and is in disrepair.
