Less then extraordinary.
Pull out bed had a thin terrible mattress that was painful to sleep on. The mattress topper had a bag of chips dumped on it so obviously had not been changed. The noise from the pool radiated and echoed into our room and started at 630 in the morning. For over $240 a night, I would have expected much more. Disappointed and likely would not go back.

BEST Hot Tub!
We were looking for a clean nice hotel with a hot tub. we LOVED this facility. In the tub we talked with another guy who travels and says this hotel's is the best! We agree and will join our friends for a winter weekend in February!

Fun decor! Clean, bright hotel with friendly staff and large rooms. We slept well and enjoyed our stay. Real eggs in the morning! Definitely recommend this place.

Employees are very gracious and helpful, great atmosphere, breakfast has great variety and tastes good. Very dog friendly! This was our second stay in four months and will stay again in the future.

Excellent relaxation; close to medical facilities.
My need was a quiet, clean, comfortable and close option for staying in Clive while husband was in Clive Rehab after stroke. Jennifer and Renee were absolutely the kindest and attentive hosts. The breakfast had great options including warn foods. Such a comfortable, homey place!
