Comfy like home
This is the only hotel I will stay at in big rapids. It always feel so comfy, cozy and a home away from home. The night front desk lady was amazing and made sure to get my kids hot coco and cookies before bed.
MLK stay was a great weekend here
Room was clean and useable for my son in a wheelchair. Bathroom door was opening backwards but we could still work with it. Staff was very helpful and the room was at a ADA status and very useful which we’ve found is not true with most motels. Breakfast was good but just average in choices. We would definitely return.

They stay was fine - but the walls and floors are paper thin. If you’re a light sleeper consider staying somewhere else - between the creepy door in the lobby, someone simply moving upstairs or the dogs they allow there was always something to listen to inside this hotel.

Get different tile in the bathroom by the pool that has texture. It is far too slippery and dangerous if you are wet coming out of the pool
