Smoke detector disabled, spider webs covering elevator walls, no pool or hot tub, cigarette burns on counters. Charging outrageous price for bare minimum room. Woke up to McDonald's garbage in parking lot. Receptionist very friendly. One vending machine in lobby, no available working ice machine on floor.

Room was clean, but not in good repair. About 3 feet front of the sink counter was missing and exposed plywood and glue. The pool was out of order. The Hot Tub was out of order. The breakfast food was all gone when we got there. Toaster was broken. We met a couple who said they were up all night because the room next-door was partying till 4 AM and when they called the front desk to complain, no one even answered. I would not stay here again.

The pool was not working. That is the only reason we booked this hotel. We never checked in. We lost out on our money.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. Where do I begin? When we walked in to check in, no one was at the desk for 5 minutes. Then when we finally got the room, it was dull and dingy. The pool, hot tub and vending machines were all out of order. In our bathroom, no conditioner or soap in the dispensers. Then when we checked out, we had a charge on our hold credit card for $22.81 for “incidentals”. The same guy who checked us in last night was cleaning rooms on our floor when we were to check out. Bad experience all around
