The hotel was great except. My only complaint is I had a room underneath Frankenstein who stomped and stomped at all hours so loud a noise machine couldn't stop it. 4am Frankenstein wakeup calls yay vacation!

Nice room. Good breakfast. Pool and hot tub were nice. Only wish their mini fridges had a freezer section.

The place was clean and quiet, the staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good. Dining options were close by, easy drive to downtown, plenty of parking. Also easy driving distance to Wind Cave and Mount Rushmore.
We would stay there again.

The guy checking us in was rude, hated fe & his job! He couldn’t answer any of my questions & made me feel like I was bothering him!!!!
Lady at check out apologized for how horrible he was. She was nice.
