Amazing

This property was disappointing from the moment we arrived. I booked it because it appeared to be a reasonably priced option for my family and me while attending a concert, but unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. Upon arrival, I was immediately concerned about the surrounding area. The neighborhood did not feel particularly safe, and there were numerous rough-looking individuals on and around the property. As someone traveling with family, this was not the welcoming or comfortable environment I had hoped for. Things only got worse once we entered our room. Within minutes, the cover of the air conditioning unit unexpectedly fell off the wall, startling my wife and creating a terrible first impression. The air conditioner itself was also problematic—it was stuck at a cold temperature and could not be adjusted. We requested additional blankets from the staff, but they never arrived. Cleanliness was another major issue. The room appeared to have received only the most superficial cleaning. There were sticky spots on the floor, hair throughout the room, and an overall lack of attention to detail that made the space feel neglected and unsanitary. Getting any rest was nearly impossible. Between barking dogs, loud conversations, and people partying throughout the night, there was constant noise for the duration of our stay. What should have been a place to relax and recharge became a source of frustration and discomfort. The one bright spot was the host

Older hotel. Not what I was expecting. Shampoo only in the shower and the dispenser was just sitting on the tub ledge. No conditioner or soap. 1/2 roll of toilet paper and the coffee pot didn't work. I did take the coffee pot down to the front desk and she did replace the missing part. I survived but probably wouldn't stay there again on purpose.

Breakfast could use more protein options and there was no juice choice or milk. Swimpool was not available, then we found out it had been cleaned only and the signs not removed.

Shower had Luke warm water. Hot again out of order.

When we arrived at the hotel we were not given the room we reserved and paid for . We were told because we have a dog we couldn't have the room because it was on the 2nd floor and pets are not allowed on the 2nd floor!! Even tho we put in the notes we had a dog. So we were given a room that had rust in the tub and a closet with one sliding door that probably had two sliding doors at one point. The bed side lamp had wires showing. No ironing board and when we told the staff that was working a lady and a man they didn't even care we had one. Thankfully the young man working the morning shift got us one when we called to get one the next morning. They also told us our room was a suite it clearly wasn't also the doors that led outside to the pet area and back parking lot had hours 6am to 11 pm doors were not left open until 11pm as stated. Plus the breakfast was just old bread, waffle maker and old hostess doughnut holes. So would we stay there again? No way!! Worst place ever!!

Breakfast was awful. Almost no selections. No hot water for showers most of the time, only lukewarm. Loud. Right by an exit door and everytime someone went in or out, super loud in our room.

The lady at the front desk who’s name starts with T was very disrespectful to me when I tried to check in. I told her to speak respectfully to me and she refused to check me in. I tried to cancel the reservation on my phone but it said I needed to talk to the hotel. I went into the hotel and asked to cancel my reservation and she refused. I had to ask her to not raise her voice at me. I was only able to cancel without refund on the app. If you’re a poc beware!
