Employees and staff were very helpful. The heater in my room did not work. The temperature did not get above 61 degrees even though I adjusted the thermostat to 72 degrees. Needless to say, it was a very uncomfortable experience.

Great last minute reprieve from travel delays!
Being able to get a last minute reservation really helped after 30 hours of traveling with multiple delays. It was great to see the shuttle at 1:00 a.m.
Cold and dark scary parking.
Not up to the Hilton standard very disappointed in this DoubleTree everything was outdated very cold the entire hotel itself not my room. And the parking was terrifying. Not to mention paying $33 in my you would expect to have safe parking unfortunately this double tree allows anyone to park if they want to pay meaning I had cereal parking available anywhere near the building in the parking was dark and very unsafe for a single woman traveling alone definitely do not recommend this DoubleTree shame on you Hilton.

Little disappointed this time.
I've stayed at this hotel several times in the past. One of the reasons I choose this hotel is the onsite restaurants. The dinner choices were pretty limited and closing the breakfast area at 11 on a Sunday seems a bit early. Also there was no info posted in my room or included with the check in that stated breakfast hours or even the check out time. I know Doubletree can do a better job.
1995 called and wants its hotel back.
my room was clean and all was fine, but the layout and decor of this hotel is pretty dated. I'm sure I'm not saying anything new and that many people have made this comment. But really, it needs a whole new structure.
Excellent hotel and airport shuttle.
We were well received, enjoyed a quiet night's stay and easily got shuttled to the airport the next morning.
Clean, nice room, friendly staff, good food.
Wish I could have room service. Staff shortage I think.
