Review for Fairbridge Hotel Hotel Cleveland East I have been staying at the Fairbridge Hotel in Wickliffe, Ohio for two months I was visiting family in town from Malibu California. After two weeks of staying at larger hotel chains paying three times the rate and being unsatisfied with management, service and overall treatment, I began to look elsewhere due to unforeseen circumstances that required extending my stay in Cleveland. I stumbled across the Fairbridge Hotel through Expedia due to the more affordable rate and location I booked a night. When I arrived, I was impressed by how large and clean the entrance was more impressed with how friendly and welcoming the front desk and employees were My room was clean stocked with all necessities and private! The next day I inquired about an extended stay I was immediately shown by staff a few different suites to choose from given the price and option to decide with No pressure The price could not be beat The suites were large with private master bedroom connected to walk in closet with a large clean bathroom a kitchenette a couch with pullout bed 2 TVs and large French Doors that divided the rooms for privacy with fabulous views of the lake and quick access to the freeway An employee even brought me a microwave for personal use without having to ask This hotel is the best secret in Cleveland, Ohio 5 star accommodations 5 star cleanliness 5 star management 5 star staff Just not a 5 star price ! I Highly recommend

Renovation overall, no furniture in lobby, makes the place look like its un safe or owners don't want people in the lobby??????

It was better than the first place I went to I was sitting on the bed and looked down there was a roach crawling on the floor

I did not like anything about this place. Had to leave because of bed bugs and uncleanliness. It was gross. I don't recommend this place @ all

Rugs not vacuumed, smell in the hallway.

The room smelled like an old basement. There was a condom wrapper in the drawer and the window was cracked which caused a draft to come in. I was very uncomfortable and did not sleep at all in that room. I left in the middle of the night. The main lobby is very nice though!

Read previous bad reviews, all true, from the marijuana smell to the loud all night activities. Just wanted a safe place for my husband and son to sleep a few hours after the Yankee game before heading home. Gross and disgusting. Would never recommend and will never book there again.
