We had decided to go for a bit more space during our stay in Houston and had booked a 1 bedroomed suite. Unfortunately this was very tired. There were dirty marks on the sofa, a bulge in the carpet for us to trip on as we walked in and a big dead bug on the window sill. The air-conditioning unit in the sitting area was on but was blowing out luke warm air. Two tvs with different channels in different places, no idea how to find anything to watch. The coffee maker was strangely located in the bathroom. There wasn't a hairdryer provided so a trip to reception was needed and a dryer was found in an empty room. The shower was dirty. Breakfast was very poor and the most limited we have experienced in a USA hotel. Anyone thinking of staying here should trust the reviews and look at staying elsewhere.

This motel is hard to beat for the reasonable price. Clean and comfortable.

Stay off of the 1st floor as the windows are old, foggy and don't lock. It takes 3-5 minutes to get warmer water in the shower - does not get hot enough. Room smelled moldy and my air conditioner made a lot of different intermittent noises (loud noises).

Muggy Room Odor, Dirty Unclean Bathroom, Main door no lockable.

Great rooms they could do better about smell the 5th floor hallway smelled really bad but the room was clean and really nice

First room was marked as cleaned by staff; wasn't. Bed unmade and towels everywhere. Only 1 person working on Friday night. Busy due to flight cancellations. Slow check in experience. Amenities I didn't get to try because I left at 6am and breakfast wasn't until 7am. Elevators were slow and clunky; had sign only 2 people at one time, so must have mechanical issues. I took stairs after 1st trip. Proximity to IAH would be only reason to choose this again.
