Overall experience great
Knowledgeable staff, professional, personable, great breakfast buffet, great town car service to airport, clean, well stocked rooms. Have already recommended to several people.
It was a good stay
Clean Place
Excellent Room Cleaning service and good breakfast.
Your hotel change towels every day and reset the beds every day. The breakfast is good for us.

Scared when we walked in…very old looking hotel. We had spent a lot to stay in this? Stains on the carpet in front of our room door and the carpet inside our room. Ripped up furniture. However the bed and shower were amazing!! Made us go from a low rating to a little higher. Breakfast was ok but bought coffee next door. Definitely wasn’t worth what we paid but good sleep & shower.

The room seemed alright at first, the tile area seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned. But then I got up to use the restroom in the middle of the night and there was a cockroach.

Hotel is in a convenient downtown location. Property is clean and has lots of sitting areas downstairs. Beds were excellent, comfortable and nice. Everyone slept well. Mini fridge was good too. Bathroom sink faucets barely worked and the fans need help. A bit dated , but everything was clean and well kept. Included breakfast was well stocked and tasty. Not many veggie friendly options. Still very good. Front desk staff were hit or miss, two great, one so/so. Location is really close to a nice whole foods for snacks etc. If you walk, its walkable to the space needle and pikes market.

Perfect location for our trip. Walkable to Pikes Place Market and the Space Needle. Lots of food nearby, whole foods as well. The breakfast worked for us. Beds were comfortable, shower was nice. Staff was helpful.

Fantastic, helpful staff. Room had a microwave, a decent sized fridge (bigger than a minibar fridge, but smaller than regular sized fridge - no freezer section), as well as a reverse-cycle aircondioner/heater. There was adequate storage for suitcases and space within the room, which meant that we weren’t tripping over luggage or ourselves when moving around the room. It was also in a quieter area of Seattle. Would definitely stay here again, when/if I return to Seattle.
