Such a nice welcome when we arrived. Helped get all our luggage unloaded and up to the room in less than 10 mins. So courteous and helpful. Beautiful room and views. Spa was amazing and very well maintained.
Great Hotel incredible staff
We were upgraded to a corner suite, one view of Central Park and one view of Columbus Circle. The room was huge and incredibly clean. The staff were so sweet and helpful. Highly recommend.
