Service was beyond excellent. The property was super busy for new years (expected) and all the services ran as expected as if it was a normal week. Obviously close to Central Park; walkable to Times Square and almost any other manhattan location. If you do end up getting tired of walking, you can hop on the A train (express) and go all up and down manhattan. Talk to the concierge at the front desk, she will explain everything so you feel like you have lived there your whole life. A would go there again in a heartbeat

1st night slept on a extremely uncomfortable sofa bed ! I mentioned to Manager they upgraded us to a very nice room . I Would definitly book Trump International Tower again . Great Customer Service 💕

Lovely hotel, junior suite, gym / the staff was very accommodating with an early check-in & upgrade! I love the convenience to the subway and Central Park.
