Parking was accessible and the area felt secure and well looked after. The weather was beautiful the weekend we were there and we also used the pool area, which was clean and also well looked after. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We always felt acknowledged and welcomed whenever returning to the hotel.

The staff, the coffee, the breakfast all great! The manager was exceptional! She let us check in a little early as we were going to a concert at Avila Beach. She recommended a French restaurant right on the beach that was a perfect way to start our day. Only thing that could have been better was the mattress. A little hard for me. My friend loved it. I would stay there again. Pool and hot tub hours didn't allow us time to enjoy them, both looked great!

This hotel is very clean and the staff is exceptional - shout out to Kalee, Omar and Martha. Very accommodating and friendly. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are quiet. The coffee was actually pretty good and so was the free breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.
