Difficult
The receptionist, Harry, was extremely helpful. However the Veteran location needs a significant upgrade. I was placed on the 3rd floor and they had NO working elevator. Very difficult.
Awful front desk service, dirty room.
Rooms were filthy and front desk service lady was very unprofessional.
Do not stay here.
Booked a room, was given keys and access to a keys that was occupied first, 2nd room was never cleaned from previous stay, 3rd room was barely acceptable but had not other choice.
