Comfortable and clean.

Cleaniness : over and above. When you walk in you can smell cleaning products and staff is working literally all day cleaning Expectations : hotel was remodeled so the pictures are very true Pet stay : you can not smell nor see if another pet stayed on our room. There are clean potty areas Accommodations : we were greeted at two am for check in and was provided a complimentary snack and water. Everything was in working condition and I love the tile floor throughout the entire hotel Sleep: beds were slightly hard however the cleanliness and big TV made it above tolerable. My husband was it was the best sleep for him Pet stay: we have a five lb wiener dog who comfortable sleep in here kennel in the corner of the room. No funiture had to be moved Our lifestyle: I'm very bougie and have a high sensibility with cleaniness and hygiene. The water is very hot and air condition works. We will stay again. We stayed as a family of four our 16 yr old volleyball tournament Food : Breakfast is clean and waffles made the meal. Opinion: if anyone wrote a bad review. I don't agree because I am very hard to please ; this place was hard to say anything wrong. The staff is very sweet and we met the most mannered little boy that was so quiet while waiting on his mom to get off work. Very good service and representation over all.

We've stayed here 2 other times in the past and never had any issues. This time the microwave in the room would not stop beeping. We finally unplug it. Couldn't wait for staff person long drive need to go to sleep. Phone in room didn't work. Room not very clean. Very disappointed!

Im sorry to say I ended up sleeping in a chair. I booked thru expedia and then called the motel directly to double check that I would have a wheelchair accessible room. Yes, the desk clerk said. The bed was at least a foot higher than my wheelchair seat, and there was no way I could transfer to the bed. Why are motels putting these new higher beds in what are supposed to be accessible rooms? Even the elderly and children have a hard time getting on them. The replacement TP was placed high on a shelf on the wall with no way to reach it or some of the towels. How do they expect someone in a wheelchair to reach them? Im just confused. Did anyone even consider what being in a wheelchair is like? I just transferred to the chair and ottoman and slept there. Im so tired of dealing with motels that don't even try.

The property was conveniently located, clean, and the breakfast was good. Having an Applebees attached to the property was a perk after a long driving day.
