I reserved and paid in advanced for a nonsmoking bedroom and staff charged me extra money at the time of check in to stay in a nonsmoking bedroom.

We left a party early so we could watch the NBA Finals ... The TV only picked up 2 channels ... no local channels, so we couldn't watch the game. Very, very disappointed ... I've never seen a hotel in a large city which did not offer any local channels, and only 2 channels, each of which I would never watch ... very disappointed ...

Scary place! No bathroom ventilation therefore paper peeling off the walls. Ceiling tiles brown and dingy. Place resembled a crack house neighborhood. Spent only 1 night. Woke up to police cars the following morning! Got the hell out of there. Place generally smells of manure, but I saw no cows or other livestock. You get what you pay for. I have learned. Never again.

He was manager during Sunday morning , it’s look he feel awkward , just cuz I asked him where Dunkin’ Donuts nearby he don’t know the answer ! He could have better how arrange he must be understand ?
